Businesses, non Profits and Elected official have various list of organizations and individuals.  Many times these list are maintained by different members of the staff.  With no coordination between the staff, mailing even something as simple as a Holliday Card becomes a huge effort.  Trying to remove duplicates and combining list with various formats is a headache.  Data is at risk, no formal backups, limited security on who has access to what list.

Easy to use data entry site, makes it easy for staff to enter an individual, or organization.  Data Entry Staff need have access to list management, limiting temporary workers from the access to the list.  Address verification at data entry matches and formats addresses to prevent multiple entries with standardization of street and organization names.  Our address verification system has been developed using our years of experience working with voter files and direct mail.
